Approved Lending is more than just a mortgage broking service. We are an experienced team (more than 35 years) dedicated to providing the best service and outcomes for new and existing clients.
As well as being accredited individually with each lender, we are also:
- Members of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA)
- Members of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority which is an independent dispute resolution service
- Passionate in continuing to improving our services, technology, resources, professional development and education
- Experienced – have extensive backgrounds in finance, accounting, residential and commercial real estate which is critical in relation to providing an overall service in addition to finance

Robert Abdallah
Over 32 years of writing Residential, Commercial, and Asset Finance has provided Robert with vast experience and knowledge. He has extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of lending. Robert knows how to make a deal work within the requirements of different lenders to ensure that his clients have access to the best available loan product. To this day, Robert still gets great satisfaction from watching clients grow their wealth.

Jeff – Senior Credit Analyst
With eight years in the industry, Jeff is the person who works out how to get a deal across the line. He assesses each application against lender policy, structures the numbers and finds the path forward on files that aren't straightforward.
Doug – Senior Credit Analyst
Brings a unique skillset to the industry having worked in business operations and IT roles in the past. Driven by seeing clients achieve their property ownership goals.
Karen – Senior Support Officer
Karen leads our support officers, manages compliance behind the scenes, and stays in touch long after settlement to make sure the loan is still working as it should.
Hanna – Support Officer
New to industry, bringing a strong desire to learn and succeed. Hanna keeps applications moving behind the scenes, gathering documents, liaising with lenders and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Jaydev – Support Officer
Works behind the scenes on file preparation and document collation, making sure applications are complete and accurate before they reach the lender. Responsible for on-going rate reviews to ensure our clients are on the most competitive offer available.
Mahim – Support Officer
Supports our brokers with data entry, lender portal work and application packaging. His attention to detail means fewer delays and cleaner submissions. Responsible for on-going rate reviews to ensure our clients are on the most competitive offer available.
